To Place an Order
	Orders can be placed by phone, fax or mail. If you are placing a phone order, please call us using our toll-free number, 800-297-0809. For fax orders, simply print out and complete the Order Form, and fax it to 603-924-3758. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, you may mail your completed order form to us, along with your payment, to the address below.

	If you are ordering from outside the United States, please call us at 603-924-3751 for details. All payments must be made in US Dollars, and payments by check must be drawn on a US Bank.
Order/Shipping Information
	Orders will be shipped either by UPS Ground or US Mail, unless the customer requests another form of shipping. The shipping and handling charge for most orders is $5.95. If your order requires a higher charge for any reason, we will notify you before shipping your order. Orders will usually be shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Exceptions include items that are currently out of stock. If an item you ordered will be out of stock for more than a couple of days, we will inform you of the estimated shipping date, and give you the option of canceling your order. If you have mailed us a check with your order, shipping may be delayed until your check has cleared.
Returns and Guarantee Information
	CFM Technologies, Inc. offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all products. If you do not wish to keep an item for any reason, send it back to us in its original condition with a copy of your receipt or invoice within 30 days. We will refund your purchase price upon receipt of the returned product. If your product was not purchased directly from CFM, please contact your distributor regarding their return policies. The ENT Pocket Light and the Wizard Wand carry a lifetime guarantee against breakage or defects in workmanship. Should the unit fail to function under conditions of normal use, simply return it to CFM and we will repair or replace it free of charge. This guarantee does not cover the lamp or batteries nor does it extend to units showing obvious signs of misuse. All guarantees will be honored regardless of where your product was purchased. CFM Technologies, Inc. offers a one-year guarantee on all E-Z Headlights and the Dr's Headlight Pro. Should the unit fail to function under conditions of normal use within one year of purchase, return it to CFM and we will repair or replace it free of charge. This guarantee does not cover the lamp or batteries nor does it extend to units showing obvious signs of misuse. If you encounter difficulties with your headlight after one year, we will be happy to give you an estimate on the cost of repair. NOTE: For items not manufactured by CFM, contact the manufacturer directly regarding guarantee policies.
